Edinburgh Shuttle Limited, having its registered office at Annandale Street, Edinburgh EH7 4AZ (company number SC208702) (referred to here as "we", us" and "our"), is the provider of the shuttle mini-coach service between Edinburgh Airport and Edinburgh City Centre (the "Edinburgh Shuttle").

These terms and conditions apply to the Edinburgh Shuttle and by using the Edinburgh Shuttle you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Journey Times and Collection
The journey time between Edinburgh Airport and Edinburgh City Centre is approximately 30 minutes under normal traffic conditions. Journey times may be varied, depending upon traffic conditions and unforeseen factors.

1. Please allow sufficient time for your journey and check-in requirements.
2. Please be ready to board at the agreed collection point 5 minutes prior to your collection time. In order to adhere to our published timetable, we will not wait beyond the scheduled collection time.
3. The boarding point at Edinburgh Airport is at the coach park, outside the terminal building at UK Arrivals.
4. The boarding point in Edinburgh City is as agreed at the time of booking.
5. If our driver is not present at the scheduled pick up point at the time agreed, please call us on the contact number listed below.

Operating Hours
Hours of operation are between 05:00-22:30 hours and 20:30 on Saturdays. No service on 25 December. On 24, 26, 31 December & 1 January a Saturday service runs.

Delays
In the event that you miss your Edinburgh Shuttle from Edinburgh Airport, due to an unforeseen event, we will do our best to accommodate you on the next available departure of the Edinburgh Shuttle within our operating hours.

If the Edinburgh Shuttle service is delayed more than 15 minutes beyond your scheduled collection time (other than for circumstances outside our control), you will be entitled to compensation equal to the fare you paid but we do not accept liability for consequential loss. In particular, if you miss your flight, for any reason, we shall not be liable for any costs whatsoever resulting from that failure.

Reservations
Advanced booking is recommended and can be done online (www.edinburghshuttle.com) until 24 hours prior to the scheduled collection time. If you require a reservation within 24 hours, please call the contact number below. We will also accept passengers without reservation, subject to having available capacity on the service.

Vehicles
Edinburgh Shuttle vehicles are licensed to carry a maximum of 7 passengers, irrespective of age.

Safety
Wearing of seatbelts whilst Edinburgh Shuttle is moving is a legal requirement for passengers aged 14 and over. We shall not be liable for loss or injury of any passengers who do not comply with these legal requirements. We also require you to adhere to the instructions of our drivers.

Edinburgh Shuttle vehicles are not equipped with child seats or child restraints.

Luggage
The maximum weight permitted per item is 25 kgs. Passengers are permitted two items of luggage per person. Edinburgh Shuttle vehicles do have generous luggage capacity and we can carry additional luggage, golf clubs and bicycles in boxes subject to space being available. For cumbersome items please call the contact number to arrange.

Payment
Edinburgh Shuttle rates are inclusive of VAT. Fare charged is based on the number of passengers travelling together to the same destination.

We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and payment is required in advance.

Cancellations
Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice prior to collection time will be given a full refund. No refunds shall be granted for “no shows” or for cancellation upon less than 24 hours notice prior to collection time.

Behaviour
We reserve the right to deny people access to Edinburgh Shuttle and may eject passengers who are not complying with our safety standards and/or who may be causing discomfort to other passengers. Edinburgh Shuttle does not permit smoking in its vehicles.

Pets
No pets permitted on Edinburgh Shuttle. Assistance dogs accepted.

Discount Voucher Promotions

1. The discount voucher entitles the holder to discount on Edinburgh Shuttle service as stated and as per full Edinburgh Shuttle terms and conditions of carriage
2. Only one voucher can be used per transaction
3. Not valid with any other offer
4. Voucher must be surrendered upon redemption
5. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase any other product or service other than that which is stated
6. Only original vouchers can be redeemed, no photocopies accepted
7. Voucher must be redeemed at time of purchase
8. Voucher only valid for redemption at Edinburgh Shuttle Sales Kiosk, Edinburgh Airport, Edinburgh. Not valid on telephone or online bookings
9. Voucher validity as stated on voucher

2. Edinburgh Shuttle Limited may change these terms from time to time and so you should check these terms regularly. Your continued use of edinburghshuttle.com will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using this website.

All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on edinburghshuttle.com and all content (including all applications) located on the site shall remain ownership of Edinburgh Shuttle Limited.
